AI-Tech Bootcamp Round 3 | Practical Training

EISAC Automation welcomed participating engineers to AI-Tech Bootcamp – Round 4, starting a new hands-on training journey focused on developing practical maintenance skills and providing real-world industrial exposure.

During the first two days, participants explored two important areas of industrial maintenance: Servo Motor Maintenance and Industrial Electronics Maintenance, combining technical sessions, practical demonstrations, field visits, and interactive discussions.

Day 1 – Servo Motor Maintenance

The first day of the bootcamp started with intensive practical training in Servo Motor Maintenance, giving participants a closer look at common servo motor faults and professional diagnostic methods.

The training covered key areas including:

  • Common Servo Motor faults
  • Professional fault diagnosis
  • Inspection and testing techniques
  • Maintenance and repair procedures
  • Practical approaches to recurring maintenance problems

Participants also joined a field tour inside the Servo Motor Maintenance Workshop at EISAC Automation, where they were introduced to the professional tools, equipment, and technologies used in servo motor inspection and repair.

Sharing Real Maintenance Experience

In addition to the technical training, Day 1 included a focused session on some of the most common problems engineers encounter during maintenance activities.

An interactive discussion also gave participants the opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss real maintenance challenges, and share different approaches to troubleshooting.

This combination of technical training and open discussion helped connect the training content with situations engineers may face in actual industrial environments.

Day 2 – Industrial Electronics Maintenance

Continuing the program, Day 2 focused on Industrial Electronics Maintenance, introducing participants to the fundamentals of electronic faults and professional methods for inspection, testing, and diagnosis.

The session explored how engineers can approach electronic components and circuits systematically while following effective maintenance and troubleshooting practices.

Key topics included:

  • Fundamentals of electronic faults
  • Electronic inspection and testing methods
  • Professional fault diagnosis
  • Electronic components and circuit troubleshooting
  • Best practices in industrial electronics maintenance

Inside EISAC Automation’s Electronics Maintenance Lab

An important part of the second day was a field visit to the Electronics Maintenance Lab at EISAC Automation.

Participants had the opportunity to experience a real maintenance environment and learn more about the tools, equipment, and techniques used to inspect, diagnose, and repair industrial electronic boards.

The visit helped transform theoretical concepts into a clearer practical understanding of how electronics maintenance is performed within a professional industrial environment.

Connecting Knowledge with Real Industrial Practice

The first two days of AI-Tech Bootcamp Round 4 were designed to go beyond classroom-based technical training.

By combining hands-on sessions, maintenance lab visits, technical discussions, and real-world applications, the program provided participants with practical exposure that reflects the challenges and requirements of industrial maintenance.

At EISAC Automation, we aim to create training experiences that help engineers connect technical knowledge with practical application and develop skills that can support them in real industrial environments.
