About the Role
Responsible for supporting the repair, testing, and maintenance of industrial electronic boards and devices, ensuring accurate diagnostics, high repair quality, and compliance with technical standards under supervision.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist in diagnosing and repairing industrial electronic boards (PCBs).
- Perform testing, inspection, and basic component-level repairs.
- Support maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial electronic devices such as controllers, power supplies, drives, and instrumentation equipment.
- Use electronic testing tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply) under supervision.
- Identify faulty components and assist in replacement and rework processes.
- Document repair actions, test results, and technical findings.
- Support incoming inspection and functional testing of repaired devices.
- Follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures inside the workshop or lab.
- Coordinate with senior engineers for complex faults and escalations.
- Participate in technical learning and continuous skill development.
Requirements
- Understanding of PCB repair concepts and soldering/desoldering techniques.
- Awareness of ESD and safety procedures in electronic labs/workshops.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in diagnostics and testing.
- Willingness to learn and develop technical skills continuously.
- Ability to work under supervision and as part of a team.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
