About the Role
Responsible for developing and managing project-based sales opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and consultants, and achieving sales targets through effective field sales activities. The role includes site visits, technical discussions, proposal preparation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new project opportunities in the market.
- Conduct regular field visits to clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable technical and commercial solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on technical proposals, quotations, and tenders.
- Negotiate commercial and contractual terms with clients to close deals.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow up on project progress and client satisfaction after order confirmation.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the projects division.
- Monitor market trends, competitors’ activities, and customer feedback.
- Represent the company professionally during meetings, site visits, and events.
Requirements
- Previous experience in outdoor/project sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle technical discussions and client requirements.
- Must own a car (mandatory) due to the nature of outdoor sales activities.
