Project Overview
EISAC Automation, serving as the Main Contractor, successfully designed and implemented a precision Control System for the Weight System at Al-Ahram Beverages in Egypt (Project S19093). In the highly demanding Food and Beverage industry, accurate weighing is critical for quality control and production consistency. Our team engineered a robust solution featuring advanced PLC and HMI programming, allowing operators to monitor and manage weighing processes with high accuracy and an intuitive user interface. The project included the full assembly of custom Power and Control panels, supported by comprehensive wiring diagrams and technical documentation. This turnkey modernization ensures high-speed, reliable weighing operations, significantly enhancing production efficiency and accuracy for Al-Ahram Beverages' manufacturing lines.
